Integration

Integration = allowing space for your physical body and mind to adapt to the changes, shifts and realizations that may have been experienced during the session.

After your session

The concept of integrating from one of Leanne's retreats or sessions, refers to the process of incorporating the insights, lessons, growth, or changes that arise from the experience into one's daily life, beliefs, perspectives, and actions.

A session or retreat, it can be transformative and deeply impactful, that shifts the understanding of yourself, others, or the universe. However, for the experience to have lasting effects and meaningful change, it is important to integrate it into one's life consciously and intentionally.

Integration involves reflecting on the experience, processing any emotions or insights that arose, understanding how it may have changed one's beliefs or values, and finding ways to apply these learnings to daily life. It may involve making changes in behavior, relationships, priorities, or practices to align with the new understanding gained from the experience.

By integrating, individuals deepen their spiritual growth, enhance their personal development, and live more authentically in alignment with their true selves and their understanding of the divine or spiritual realms.

Integrating from an intense retreat or session with Leanne can be a multifaceted and ongoing process that requires time, reflection, and intentional action. Here are some additional points to consider when it comes to integrating her sessions.

Considerations

1. Reflection and Contemplation:
Taking time to reflect on the experience, journaling about it, or discussing it with a trusted friend or family member can help deepen your understanding of its significance and uncover any hidden insights.

2. Practices and Rituals:
Engaging in practices such as meditation, prayer, yoga, or mindfulness can help you stay connected to the essence of the experience and cultivate a sense of presence and awareness in your daily life.

3. Seeking Guidance:
If raised questions arise, seek guidance from Leanne's Team. This can provide clarity and support in the integration process.

4. Living in Alignment:
Identifying ways in which the insights gained from the experience can be applied to your daily life, relationships, work, and decision-making can help you live more authentically and in alignment with your values.

5. Emotional Processing:
Acknowledging and processing any intense emotions that arose during the experience, such as joy, awe, fear, or confusion, can help you make sense of the experience and integrate its emotional impact into your psyche.

6. Community and Support:
Connecting with like-minded individuals, friends or spiritual communities can provide a sense of belonging, support, and shared understanding as you navigate the integration process.

7. Acceptance and Surrender:
Embracing the uncertainties and mysteries that may accompany the integration process and practicing acceptance and surrender to the unfolding journey, can foster a sense of peace and trust in the process.

8. Self-Care:
Taking care of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being is essential during the integration process. Engaging in activities that nourish your soul, such as spending time in nature, engaging in creative pursuits, or practicing self-compassion, can support your overall integration.

9. Gratitude Practice:
Cultivating a sense of gratitude for the experience and its impact on your life can deepen your connection to the experience and foster a positive outlook on the changes it has brought about.

10. Creative Expression:
Using creative outlets such as art, music, writing, or dance to express and explore the insights and emotions from the spiritual experience can provide a unique way to integrate and make sense of the experience.

11. Mindfulness in Daily Life:
Practicing mindfulness in everyday activities can help you stay present and connected to the essence of the  experience, allowing you to carry its lessons with you throughout your day.

12. Continued Learning:
Engaging in further study, reading, or exploration of particular teachings or practices related to the experience can deepen your understanding and provide additional insights for integration.

13. Setting Intentions:
Setting clear intentions for how you want to integrate the experience into your life can provide direction and focus for your growth and transformation.

14. Connecting with Nature:
Spending time in nature and connecting with the natural world can help ground you and provide a sense of peace and harmony as you integrate.

15. Accepting Change:
Recognizing that integrating may lead to changes in your beliefs, relationships, or life path, and being open to these shifts with acceptance and grace can support your growth and evolution.

16. Self-Compassion:
Practicing self-compassion throughout the integration process, especially if you encounter challenges or resistance, can help to navigate the journey with kindness and understanding.

Remember that the integration of a spiritual experience is a deeply personal, unique and transformative process that unfolds over time. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Trust in your inner wisdom, be patient with yourself, and allow the experience to guide you as you continue to grow and evolve on your spiritual path.

Below is guidance on what you could expect for the couple of days after the sessions or retreat.

Explore why you may of had a subtle mild experience to this energy.

Thoughts from me, where I share about how important this work is and to take this process seriously.

Here you'll find all the information you may need on how to integrate your session into your everyday life, listening to the changes needed and how post-session can be for some people.

This is big healing work, although it is the path of surrender, it is not passive. It takes one to have responsibility and sovereignty over their journey, to integrate all parts of their being into wholeness. Our healing journeys can be uncomfortable, murky and sticky so it's important to support yourself along your journey, feel deeply about who you are becoming and what layers you need to shed for your growth and evolution. Deeply exploring your truth and openness to CHANGE

Some people don't witness themselves feeling much different after each session and then some do, in all different ways. Please know there is no bad or good integration. It is all part of your unique journey. Your system is highlighting to you what you have not been willing to see before, it needs attention and time to adjust to the shifts created and to recalibrate. Be kind to yourself.

PLEASE DO NOT JUDGE YOUR INTEGRATION PROCESS. Lots can be felt in this process. Gentleness to the wounded parts of ourselves and the purification as we return back to wholeness.

AFTER YOUR SESSION (0-5 days)

During a session there can be different kinds of purgative and cathartic releases. If you didn't receive a direct insight during or days after the session, as to why you were emotionally releasing, moving, coughing etc. Allow your ego to release the need of knowing. Not attaching to the experience. It's the ego that wants the story. The body is simply celebrating the spaciousness you've allowed and created within.

 HEIGHTENED EMOTIONS + FEELINGS:

'Out of sorts ':

Be it a subtle or intense experience on the mat, you were part of a high frequency healing experience. You may have been just laying down but it was an energetic marathon. Some can experience heightened tiredness, hurt, grumpiness, aggression, sadness, an "out of sorts" feeling, aggravation, dizziness, fever, headaches, flu symptoms, sore muscles. This is your system continuing to release and purge as it recalibrates into a higher frequency.

An Emotional purification. Much suppressed, unconscious fear and anxiety and low-frequency energies you were holding onto will permeate the system and need to be released before you can experience the spaciousness. These emotions and content stored in the subconscious mind have become conscious.

As these emotions settle into our awareness, they must be nurtured before the light enters those spaces. This will pass, don't shy away or be scared of it. Continue to allow and surrender. For a few days until this off-ness passes, stay away from 'fake fire' which are alcohol, coffee, energy drinks.

If feeling this off-ness it's most important to be grounded and hydrated. Coconut water or a natural electrolyte are amazing and grounding practices are below.

PURIFICATION:

Your body's systems are still releasing. It's PURGING all that no longer aligns in your system.  This is a purification / natural cleanse / natural body detox.

  • Increased urination

  • Runny nose

  • Spontaneous coughing or yawning or burping, flem.

  • Energetic vomiting

  • Dry coughing

  • Diarrhea

  • Spots

  • Parasites leaving the body

  • Increased smell from sweat

  • Skin renewal

  • Spotting menstrual blood as you period returns to regulation

  • Organs that help remove toxins like the liver, skin, kidneys, intestines, lymph nodes, and blood vessels can start to activate again to their best ability.

  • Some can experience strong flu/fever/dizzy-like symptoms. Please know this is very normal and is the physical body deeply releasing stagnant low vibrational energy that has been hindering the flow of life force in your physical body for quite some time.

(Nettle, turmeric, cilantro and dandelion are my favourites during this process.)

This purification process can feel uncomfortable but ground yourself in the excitement that low frequency toxins, parasites, viruses, energies, are leaving your body. As you shift into a higher vibration, everything not in this higher vibration anymore must leave.

IF YOU ARE FEELING AN UNCOMFORTABLE EMOTION, SENSATIONS OR SYMPTOM. ALLOW SPACE FOR SOME SELF ENQUIRY, JOURNAL AND ASK YOUR BODY WHAT ITS TRYING TO TELL YOU. YOUR BODY HOLDS ALL THE KNOWINGS. If you feel called to exploring this more, refer back to the book list below and intuitively choose which ones resonate with you the most.

ENERGY LEVELS
:

If you're experiencing a big increase in energy levels, do use this energy but don't over do it. Your system is still regulating itself. Be mindful not to hit burn out.

If you're experiencing a decrease in energy levels. Your system may still be releasing or purifying as mentioned above. Many people have suppressed exhaustion that has been brought into awareness now.

This tiredness is your system regulating.

When our nervous system has spent a long period of time in fight or flight/ busy mode, the feeling after a session can sometimes be described as tired but when really it's that our nervous system is more calm, relaxed and still. Allow your system to regulate, catching up on well needed rest that it may not have had over the past few weeks or months. If you need to sleep more, do. And witness your self returning back to a more regulated state of being .

VIVID DREAMS
:

As our third eye begins to open and activate it is very common to experience intense blissful dreams like Astro traveling, lucid dreaming and floating. Also nightmares can be experienced, know there is nothing wrong in anyway way if your to experience nightmares. When your physical body is releasing unwanted "dirt, grime, cobwebs", stagnant low frequency energy, in dreams can sometimes glimpse or witness this happening and can seem scary to the mind. All is good it's very natural.

    • Self soothe (light a candle, create a safe space, nurture your body)

  • Tuning in, listening to your heart and having fully integrated the wisdom from the previous session or previous retreat.

  • After the session many people ask about the sounds and language shared during the session.

Sound is energy. Sounds have a frequency and resonance. These sound vibrations help regulate the nervous system while help soften suppressed emotions to bring them to the surface, to be felt and released.

  • If you do feel this energy move through you outside of my space holding, know that all is well. It's more than well, it's your truest energy ready to ignite and become a permanent part of you. It's very normal to experience spontaneous movements during meditations, dancing, while sleeping or in other surrender practices. This energy intensity will feel strange or intense for a short time. You just need to give your mind and physical body some space to adjust and recalibrate to the frequency. Your systems are adjusting. If you feel grounded and regulated to be with this energy, do. Remember you have full control all of the time. It is your own life force energy. Please know this is not a Kundalini Awakening. It's beautiful life force energy moving around your system restoring the river of life within you.

  • It can feel like significant shifts are occurring inside. Having the utmost respect for this sacred work, energy and being kind and compassionate with yourself is essential because you will be changing internally thus externally.

You may experience natural renunciations of foods, habits, people, and environments as well as heightened clarity and vitality. Be open to the changes.

This is a sacred time to get to know yourself on the deepest levels. There is no more important work than your inner shadow work, which comes with your dedication, practice and awareness.
