Presence is KEY

Below are tools and practices you can explore to best prepare for your session or retreat.


Intuitive Eating is a wonderful way of supporting your body. This means developing an awareness to feel into what your body needs for nourishment each day. Meditate for a few minutes, and ask your body what it needs. Fresh fruit and vegetables will feel radiant to your system, and processed foods may feel more dense.

  • Eat light before sessions

  • An increase in fruit and vegetables 

  • A decrease in unhealthy processed foods

  • Cut out any "false stimulants' such as drugs, energy drinks, coffee especially the day of your session, as much of our lifeforce is spent on the overdrive pace of the stimulant to digest the food at an high speed. And these false fires can confuse the Nervous System, bringing it into fight or flight.

  • Increasing your water intake is very important on the run up to your session or retreat. Please be hydrated for the session and throughout your retreat.

  • If you have a calling to fast, cleanse, detox, before your session or retreat this is totally your decision and what you intuitively feel will be best for your system. 

  • On all retreats it is highly nutritious vegan food

Nothing has the power to completely alter perspective (your thoughts, actions and life) quite like a question.

Make sure to take time to carefully consider each question that is posed in order to meaningfully answer them.

Self reflection

  1. What emotions do you try to avoid? 

  2. How do you show up for others but fall short for yourself?

  3. What beliefs and behaviors have you adopted from your family that you question now? 

  4. What am I resisting in my life? 

  5. What 3 emotions do you feel most often? 

  6. Think of someone who irritates you, what qualities or behaviours bother you? And do you see any of them in yourself? 

  7. What critical thoughts do you frequently have about yourself and where may these thoughts originated? 

  8. What easily triggers anger and sadness within you?

  9. Is there something you have not been honest about with yourself? 

  10. What armor do I use to protect my vulnerability?

  11. What changes are you willing to make to be more in alignment?

Self love

What does self love mean to me? 

What qualities do I love about myself?
