This retreat focuses on delving deep into self-exploration, uncovering your blind spots, ego, and genuine inner strength. It calls for a readiness to embrace vulnerability, honesty, and to confront what you have been suppressing or resisting. It takes courage to release coping mechanisms and facades, inviting essential self-reflection that fosters a transformation into your most authentic self.

  • Full excess to online group sessions up until the retreat.

  • Accommodation 

  • All meals while on retreat (Vegetarian with sometimes optional fish)

  • Between 6-9 hours of healing sessions with Leanne & Shelly each day on retreat.

Knock airport is 45 minutes drive from Westport. Shannon airport (SNN) is 2 hours and Dublin airport (DUB) 3 hours away from the retreat center.

  • Fluent english is necessary.
