The insidious voice of unworthiness and self-hatred that convinces us we are inherently flawed. Addiction numbs the pain of feeling unlovable, chaining us to fleeting escapes. Insecurity festers as shame whispers we’ll never be enough, fueling self-doubt. Avoidance shields us from vulnerability, dodging the risk of being seen as broken. Codependency binds us to others’ approval, sacrificing our truth to feel worthy. Anxiety spirals from shame’s relentless fear of judgment, trapping us in cycles of dread. Shame weaves its darkness through all behavioural patterns.
Yet, within this shadow lies the seed of liberation, waiting to be unearthed.

Flights and transport to and from the retreat centre.
Aiport Bali Denpasar (DPS) is 2-3 hours away from the retreat center depending on the traffic. If you wanna stay some days before and after the retreat in Bali, we recommend to stay in the area of Canggu, Pererenan or Seseh, as it’s half way to Balian or directly near the retreat center in Balian. No accomodation is possible before and after the retreat at the retreat center itself.

There are no kids, pets or staying offsite allowed.
The retreat will be held in English.
